Freeren is the main character of “Funeral Freeren.”
He is a member of the Hero Party that once defeated the Demon Lord with the Hero Himmel. He is the wizard who is said to have killed the most demons in history, and has the nickname of “Freeren the Funeral.” He is one of the few survivors of the elf tribe, and is at least over 1000 years old. After Himmel's death, he realizes that he didn't know anything about his former comrades, and embarks on a wandering journey to mourn him. He is a wizard with outstanding abilities, but since he was originally not interested in status or honor, and since a long time has passed since the subjugation of the Demon King, it has become an existence that has been forgotten by most people.
